
THE VISION
Reinterpreting Burberry’s signature check and outerwear heritage within a transport-inspired installation, the carriage becomes a moving gallery, a luxury concept store, intimate runway space or curated brand activation in Central London. The design fuses Burberry’s modern craftsmanship with the raw industrial charm of the Tube, turning nostalgia into a sensory, social experience.

SPATIAL APPROACH
Every element pays homage to British craft and materiality:
- Upholstery inspired by vintage Underground seating, reimagined in Burberry check.
- Brass fittings, wood paneling and leather accents nod to classic London design.
- Integrated displays for tailoring, accessories and archival pieces invite tactile interaction.
- Curated lighting and scent bring warmth and exclusivity to the urban setting.

PURPOSE
The project explores how luxury fashion can intersect with public heritage, reclaiming the everyday commute as a space of design, storytelling and connection.
